From the beginning, Legacy has been rooted in family. When David Dunn first launched his book repair business, Dunn & Company, he had no idea that one day it would lead to the creation of Legacy Publishing Group and Prayer Life. Always avid environmentalists, Legacy was originally created to re-purpose the discarded book covers from Dunn & Company. From our original coasters made from old book covers, Legacy has grown into a full-service greeting card and social expressions company, branching off into new divisions like Legacy of Faith and Prayer Life. 

Over 30 years later, Legacy is still proud of their original motto – the family that cares! In the spirit of doing good, Legacy began their BUY A CARD | FEED A CHILD™ program to help hungry children and their families. Beginning in 2013, Legacy chose to take a portion of its profits from each card it sells and donate that money to a variety of hunger relief organizations. Legacy chose to focus on one cause: ending hunger in the world. To date, Legacy has donated over 2,000,000 meals to hungry children and families in the United States and around the world. Beautiful things can happen when people share their blessings, just like one big happy family!
